A Principal Certifier is the accredited certifier legally appointed to oversee statutory compliance for a construction project. We lodge the Notice of Commencement, provide your mandatory inspection schedule, conduct critical-stage site audits, and issue your final Occupation Certificate.

When appointment is required by law:

Mandatory for any residential or commercial project holding an approved Construction Certificate (CC) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC). The Principal Certifier must be officially appointed before any building work starts on site.
